‘Pit Stop’ Social/Meeting
Regular meetings of members of the club are held on the last Thursday of the month, at the Gabriola Golf Club. Meetings are social events, and many members arrive during the hour before the meeting starts to enjoy food and drinks together. In addition to reports and updates about club membership, finances, and activities, we sometimes have guest speakers, and always the popular quiz and half & half prize draw. Once a year, we hold our brown bag fund-raising auction, in which members bid, sight-unseen, on automotive-related donations.
The next meeting is at 7 PM on Thursday 28 August 2025.
Upcoming Events
• Pub Quiz
Thursday 25 September. Come out for our first annual (?) pub quiz night. This will be a fun, team event with automotive-themed questions and prizes. The questions include multiple-choice and best-guess chances for points. Start thinking about whom you want on your team of 3 or 4 people, and a catchy team name.
