Although no longer on the island, Randy’s 58 Impala is an “iconic” Cruiser’s car, part of our logo.
Carol’s 1965 BarracudaFred & Carol’s 2004 CorvetteOur corvette is a 2004 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible. It has the LS1 – 5.7L liter motor. According to the build sheet the motor is 350 HP but the person who I bought the car from 31/2 years ago insisted it was 450 HP. It is an 4 speed automatic w/overdrive with many options. My interest in cars has been since I was a kid, having owned many cars with my favorite being a 1958 Pontiac Parisenne, the car I wished I still owned today. The corvette was bought on-line from a lady in Coquitlam who owned 3 vehicles and had to reduce to one. Fortunately my car was one she let go.Jill’s 1959 AustinDennis & Moira’s 1927 Willys Overland WhippetGregg’s – 1949 Panhead with a Shovel Top End – I built this bike in 1976, sold it in 2000 and re acquired it last year and am restoring it to as shown.Gregg’s – 2006 V8 Rigid Frame Chopper – Stroked 350 (to 383) Dart Engine with 425HpGregg’s – 2003 Street Monster built by Minneapolis Custom Cycles with a 124 Cu In. Purchased in the summer of 1975. In 1997 installed a 1985 balanced 350 cu.in. electronic fuel injected Corvette TPI motor and a 700R4 4spd. automatic transmission. Added front disc brakes and power steering. The wheels are 7” wide Chevy rally wheels. In 2013 the car was completely stripped of paint and an original factory colour laquer paint applied. No body or frame modifications were necessary.

It’s called “Tweety.” We bought it used two years ago and it’s in stock condition. It’s the first “fun” car that I’ve ever owned. MX-5’s are renown for their handling, and I can see why. It’s great fun to zip around the Island, and because it’s a convertible with a very low center of gravity, it feels like you’re speeding even when you’re accidentally below the speed limit. The power retractable hard top is a brilliant feature, allowing the car to transform from a coupe to a convertible in 12 seconds, while even retaining a modest but useful trunk space. It’s half coupe and half roadster, so we call it a “coupster.” Best of all, you can turn the key and it simply works every time.Wayne & Carol’s 1989 Mazda RX-7 Convertible, Red (Stock)
